Terms of Service

Welcome to Caredara™ (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, including our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform supports defined, rapid, short-term in-home stabilization by enabling seniors and their families (“Clients”) to request support from personal support workers (PSWs), registered practical nurses (RPNs), and registered nurses (RNs) (“Practitioners”). By accessing or using Caredara™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Last updated: September 12, 2026.

User Eligibility

A licensed healthcare provider (for Practitioners); or

Authorized to procure care (for Clients or family members).

Nature of the Platform

Caredara™ is a care activation and coordination platform focused on defined, short-term stabilization needs. It is not an ongoing home-care agency. We:

Enable Clients to request support and eligible Practitioners to accept care activations;

Do not employ Practitioners directly;

Do not guarantee Practitioner availability, acceptance, or any level of service beyond providing the Platform.

User Accounts

Users must:

Register and provide accurate, complete information;

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials;

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Payments

Clients pay Practitioners via the app. Caredara™ retains a 15% administrative fee, plus a 4% processing fee during the pilot.

Practitioners receive payments gross of commission.

No refunds once services are rendered unless required by law.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled visit may be charged a cancellation fee.

Practitioners are expected to give at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Practitioner Standards

Practitioners must maintain all required licenses and insurance (as applicable).

Caredara™ reserves the right to remove Practitioners who violate standards of care or Platform guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Caredara™ is not responsible for:

Injury, loss, or damages from services performed by Practitioners;

Misconduct by users;

Delays or Platform outages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or illegal activity.

Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
