  • What is Caredara™?

    Caredara™ is a home care platform that connects seniors and families with certified personal support workers (PSWs), RPNs, and RNs for flexible, direct care.

  • How do I sign up?

    Clients and practitioners can sign up at Join the Pilot - make the Join the Pilot link to https://caredara.com/pilot.php or by downloading the Caredara™ app.

  • Where is Caredara™ available?

    Caredara™ is currently available in Halton Region as part of a pilot program. We plan to expand to other areas soon. To request Caredara™ in your area, fill out the request form. - insert this link here: https://caredara.com/bring-caredara-to-your-area.php

Clients – Using Caredara™

  • How do I book a caregiver?

    After signing up and completing a short intake, you can view available practitioners and book directly through the app.

  • Can I choose who provides care?

    Yes, you can review profiles and select the practitioner that best meets your needs.

  • How do payments work?

    Payments are made securely through the app after each completed visit.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    You can cancel up to 4 hours before a visit for a full refund or credit. See our Refund & Credit Policy for details.

Practitioners – Working with Caredara™

  • How do I become a Caredara™ practitioner?

    Submit your application through the app or website and provide ID, certification, and proof of insurance.

  • How do I get paid?

    Payouts are processed between 48 and 72 hours. You can view your earnings history and commission deductions in your dashboard.

  • What if a client doesn’t show up?

    Mark the appointment as a no-show in the app. You may be eligible for partial compensation depending on the timing.

RN Assessments & Care Planning

  • What is an RN assessment?

    If a client has not had a formal care assessment in the last 12 months, an RN will complete an evaluation to determine care needs.

  • Is the RN visit in person or virtual?

    It depends on the client's preference. Assessment may be done virtually upon request.

Emergencies & Support

  • What should I do in an emergency?

    Always call 911 first. Then notify Caredara™ support through the emergency contact line or app incident report.

  • How do I get help with the app?

    Contact our support team via in-app chat, email at [email protected], or call [Insert Support Number].
