Purpose
This agreement outlines the professional expectations for practitioners using the Caredara™ platform. It is designed to support safe, respectful, and high-quality care experiences for clients while maintaining a professional and supportive environment for practitioners.
Professional Conduct
Practitioners are expected to:
- Conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times
- Treat clients, families, and other practitioners with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully
- Arrive on time, prepared, and appropriately dressed for each visit
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
Caredara™ is committed to creating a care environment rooted in mutual respect.
Scope of Practice and SOPs
- Practitioners must only perform services within their scope of practice, credentials, and qualifications
- Practitioners are required to follow Caredara™’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each service they accept
- Any concerns about tasks, safety, or scope must be communicated promptly through appropriate channels
Failure to follow SOPs or scope-of-practice requirements may result in review or removal from the platform.
Client Care Standards
Practitioners are expected to:
- Provide care that is client-centred, respectful, and non-judgmental
- Respect client privacy, preferences, and autonomy
- Create a safe and supportive care environment
- Report concerns related to safety, wellbeing, or care needs appropriately
Reliability and Accountability
- Accept only bookings you are able to complete as scheduled
- Communicate promptly if delays, issues, or emergencies arise
- Avoid no-shows or last-minute cancellations whenever possible
Repeated reliability issues may result in account review.
Respectful Workplace Expectations
Caredara™ maintains a zero-tolerance approach to:
- Disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour
- Harassment of any kind
- Unprofessional communication or conduct
This applies to interactions with clients, families, other practitioners, and Caredara™ staff.
Platform Access and Account Status
- Caredara™ reserves the right to pause or remove a practitioner’s access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if this agreement or platform standards are violated
- Account pauses may occur during reviews, investigations, or quality assurance processes
- Decisions are made to protect clients, practitioners, and the integrity of the platform
Independent Professional Responsibility
- Practitioners using Caredara™ remain responsible for maintaining valid credentials, certifications, and professional requirements applicable to their role
- Practitioners are expected to practice ethically and in accordance with professional standards

By creating an account and accepting bookings through Caredara™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow this Practitioner Agreement & Expectations.
