  • Bookings depend on timing + proximity + qualifications + client needs.

You control your participation:

What the Practitioner Journey Looks Like

From onboarding to your next booking—here’s how it works.

Caredara™ is designed to be simple, transparent, and predictable. Below is what most practitioners experience from start to finish.

Vetting & Onboarding

Once you download the app and sign up, you’ll complete onboarding, which includes:

  • credential and license verification,
  • background and compliance checks,
  • profile setup and required documentation.

This ensures families can trust that every practitioner on the platform is qualified and verified.

Setting and Managing Your Availability

After onboarding:

  • You decide when you’re available
  • Availability can be updated anytime
  • There are no minimum hours and no required shifts

You stay in control. Being available simply means you’re open to receiving opportunities—not obligated to accept them.

Receiving Your First Booking

When a care need appears in your area:

  • A booking notification is sent to qualified practitioners nearby
  • The first matched practitioner to accept the booking gets it
  • If it doesn’t work for you, you can decline and wait for the next one

There’s no penalty for declining. You’re choosing what fits.

Preparing for the Visit

Once you accept a booking, you’ll see:

  • visit details (time, location, service type),
  • any available care plan or notes,
  • expectations for the visit.

This helps you walk in prepared and confident.

Clocking In & Delivering Care

At the start of the visit:

  • You clock in through the app
  • Deliver care as outlined for the booking
  • Support the client and family during what is often a transitional or stressful moment

Care is typically short-term or situational, but always meaningful.

Notes & Charting

After (or during, if appropriate) the visit:

  • Add required notes or charting in the app
  • Capture observations that support continuity and accountability

Clear documentation helps families, future care planning, and the overall system.

Clocking Out & Getting Paid

At the end of the visit:

  • You clock out in the app
  • Payment is processed automatically
  • You’re paid within 48 hours

No invoicing. No chasing payments.

Waiting for the Next Booking

After the visit:

  • You return to a ready state
  • Keep or adjust your availability
  • Wait for the next opportunity that fits your schedule and location
